Pentair pool filter parts

I got a brand new Pentair D. E. filter set up last 12 months. Because it’s been a yr, I had Leslie’s Pools come out and clean it. I didn`t check the pressure prior to they left. Now, about 3 a long time later, it’s running at a stress of just 1-2. Generally it runs at 10-15. Is this normal for suitable after a cleaning? Also, I study the owner’s manual about the net, and it says to soak the components for 4 hrs. Leslie’s naturally didn`t do this. Was I ripped off? Do I require to call them back again and have them fix my pool or will it go back again to usual proper after awhile? Thanks for reading and answering.
